Wheather it is a construction contract, escrow agrement, or simple RE closing- it's WRONG. I'm currently in litagation now due to a construction contract poorly written!! I have spoke two him twice on the phone within the last three months and he has always been the most respectful and helpful as he could be even though he was not familiar with my case.
