North Cross has the absolute worst fans and players. I have never seen a more disgusting game. The intent of their players was to hurt our players, the players and fans laughed when they fouled our players and when they took our players out. I will NEVER recommend anyone to ever let their children go to North Cross or even play against a North Cross team. They are the dirties players and fans I have ever seen or heard. They will do anything to win a game. The fans and parents are just as bad as their players. They stood on the hill behind our players and constantly cussed and down our school and players. North Cross players and fans are DISGUSTING!! Not to mention they are friends with the referees.

We have moved many times (former military) and have worked with several different realtors. We were selling a home above $700,000 and felt that Callie's team would be the best fit for selling our home (nice website, very responsive on initial phone call, compelling presentation). Her response to my call was perfect. She literally came over with Ken to our home within 30 minutes of our phone call. Ken and Callie presented themselves very well. They also use a 3D camera that gives your home a walk-through virtual tour that is pretty amazing. Ken and Callie told us that our house should have no problems selling within 90 days. However, once our home was listed, I really did not hear back from Callie or Ken anymore, literally. We had one quick showing, and than I did not hear from Callie again. We listed near the end of the summer, and I realized that this was not the ideal listing time and we moved out of the area shortly after. About one month later I emailed Callie a list of questions (regarding if we should lower the price, how the market was doing, and her thoughts on how to sell our home, etc...). I asked her to call me to discuss. It was nearly a week later and she had not even emailed me back or called me. I finally called her and asked her if we should lower our price. She told me absolutely not and to hold strong and we would lower it next spring if it had not sold. That was the last time I ever talked to Callie (my agent) and I did not hear from her ever again. Finally in December (after about 6 months), I called Ken and asked him what he thought we should do. He told me the house had been shown three more times. This was news to me. I was frustrated that I had no idea our house had even been shown (beyond our first showing when we listed our home). I asked him what the feedback on our home was and he told me he did not remember (I would have expected him to say, 'sorry, let me look that up and get back with you'). He proceeded to tell me that my house was overpriced and I needed to be flexible with lowering my listing price and I should have already done that. I told him the last time I talked to Callie, she said do not lower it until Spring time. This conversation was irritating to me for three main reasons: 1--Callie and Ken's job is to call me and give me feedback on our listings. 2--Callie told me to not lower my price until Spring. If Ken and Callie thought I needed to lower the price, it is their job to pick up a phone and call me to go over this. They represent us and should be actively engaged with trying to sell our home. I felt like we were on the back burner the whole time. 3--How come they were not staying in touch with me to give me updates on the market and thoughts to sell my house? Callie and her team would have made a nice commission on our home sell, but I truly felt like their energy was all on the listing, and than they forgot about us--literally no updates, no emails, no phone calls. I was terribly disappointed. We changed realtor representation and our house was under contract within one month (this was in January--a slow month). I am most disappointed in their communication. I felt like I was bothering them when I emailed or called.

  • Vanessa is an integral part of our family finances. We have multiple generations of our family working with her and always find her available and professional. We take every opportunity to recommend her to our close friends and colleagues.

Terrible customer service the lady basically ignored me the whole time I was trying to check out and then gave me attitude when I had to speak up to get her to help me as if I were inconveniencing her.
